What a WHIRLWIND! Less than two months ago Tommy and I had a coaching session with Katelyn James (more on that later) and we made the huge decision to change the name of my business and completely re-brand (more of the WHY also later). I immediately contacted the amazing Allie Rice and she helped us roll out a new brand, logo and website in just a few weeks!

As a birth photographer I have seen a fair share of births. Hard, strenuous, and even some downright alarming births. I have also seen beautiful births. Actually, every single one of the births I have witnessed has been beautiful in its own way. Truly.
Being a part of the birth industry (as well as being a new mama again) surrounds me with both birth professionals and new moms on a regular basis. And I've noticed a growing trend that makes me happy happy!
When I sat down to begin working through my 2015 goal setting process, the first thing I did was look back on my goal setting notes from a year ago. The beginning of 2014 marked, for me, a year of simplifying in many areas of my life. But reviewing my notes from back then was honestly OVERWHELMING. I immediately saw a mess of emotions and ideas all swirling around with one solid goal: LESS!
