One of my favorite events of the entire busy holiday season is our very own Santa Experience here at Liz Cook Photography where we offer Santa Pictures in a personal, private setting here in Central Virginia. For multiple days in a row, my team and I get to watch magic unfold before our eyes as children enjoy one-on-one conversations with Santa in the privacy of our studio.

But let’s rewind! During Samantha’s complimentary wardrobe consultation, I was sharing the importance of feeling comfortable in what you wear during a photo session. I mentioned to her that I recently had a family wear pajamas at their session because that is what they felt represented them best as a family. My previous client had said they lounge at home in their PJs and she wanted pictures to reflect that. I loved the idea!
