My little model | 4thGenerationDesigns

I guess it was a little over a year ago I ran into Cheryl from 4thGenerationDesigns at a local, in-person craft/etsy show. I immediately LOVED her products. Of course I dropped the tiny fact that I was a photographer and I'd love to use her sweet headbands and hats on my little subjects. Soon after meeting, we reconnected and Cheryl sent me some goodies to play with. Little Brooklyn was my first model.

Since then, Cheryl has moved into her own little space in the new local gem of a shop, Pastiche at Main. If you haven't been, you should definitely make it a priority to go in and grab a few treasures. The shop is full of one-of-a-kind gift items like stationery, home decor, typography prints and of course, Cheryl's little pretties!

Cheryl and I have continued to work together and each time has been as lovely as the last. A few weeks ago, I threw out the idea of using a toddler model (ahem) instead of a newborn model and she was more than happy to have Sunday model a few of her favorite products! Here are a few pictures of my sweet girl during her very first modeling session. Actually, this is really just the first successful session. She has been requested to model with different products in the past to no avail. But, she's growing up and learning better work ethics. :)

Keep in mind, the real stars of this show are Cheryl's beautifully handmade accessories. Check out her Etsy shop or go visit Pastiche at Main and get ya some! By the way, her products are not limited to babies. I am pretty sure I'm going to wear these headbands more often than Sunday will!

Isn't that knit hat to DIE for?!
