Job Opening:
Virtual Assistant for Photographer
Are you an organized and enthusiastic individual with a passion for photography? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our photography studio in managing administrative tasks, blogging responsibilities, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a remote position with occasional in-studio visits (approximately 1-2x/month).
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling client inquiries.
Assist in maintaining an organized digital filing system for photos and client information.
Collaborate with the photographer on project coordination and logistics.
Prepare images for blog posts, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with our brand.
Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publication of blog content.
Utilize the Táve Studio Management System to streamline workflows (experience with Táve is a plus).
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and phone communication skills with an enthusiastic and friendly voice.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Táve Studio Management System (preferred but not required).
Basic graphic design skills for blog image preparation.
Details:
Position: Virtual Assistant for Photographer
Location: Remote with occasional in-studio visits (local candidates preferred)
Hours: 5-10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
